User profile:
We collect data of users to create or update their r10Bus Head profile. This may include
their name, email, phone number, password, address, profile picture, and driver’s licence
(which may indicate document numbers as well as birth date, gender, and photo).
Location data (Driver):
The r10Bus Head App collects this data when the Driver app is running in the foreground (app
open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) of their mobile device. This
is used to calculate the distance travelled to provide an ETA to the employees.
Device data:
We may collect data about the devices used to access our services, including the operating
systems and versions, device models, and device motion data.
Communications data:
We enable drivers and employees, or administrators, to communicate with each other through
phone calls.
Data collected from r10 Employee Commute App
User profile:
We collect data of users to create or update their r10 Employee Commute App user account.
This may include their name, email, phone number, password, address, profile picture and
gender. This information may also be used for providing rostering & routing preferences to
the user.
Data collected from r10 Office Commute App
User profile:
We collect data of users to create or update their r10 Office Commute App user account. This
may include their name, email, phone number, password & profile picture.
Location Information (Driver):
The Office Commute App collects this data when the Driver app is running in the foreground
(app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) of their mobile device.
This information is used to determine the location of the vehicle and to monitor the
progress of the trip and ensuring its safety.
Changes to Privacy Policy
We may change this policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this policy, we will
change the Last Updated date above. You agree that your continued use of our services after
such changes have been published to our services will constitute your acceptance of such
